Maintaining the Credit Notes Payment Acknowledgement Data from Developers.
Timely response to the customer quires through written communication over the E-mails.
Preparing MIS -Weekly / Monthly basis.
Drafting, vetting and negotiations of legal agreements, documents, deeds, leases, land related documentation, etc. pertaining to the real estate Industry.
Skills specifications
Graduate.
Experience in Real Estate industry is must.
Good Communication Skills.
Ability to understand requirements of Prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch Property solutions to Prospects.
