Hiring For MIS Executive - Client Site

Role & responsibilities

• Build monthly MIS & quarterly reports
• Take care of preliminary Onboarding formalities / checklist for a client & help with customer calls / demo
• Work with cross-functional team (technical as well as functional) and be engaged with clients on Product related query resolution
• Ensure data quality checks at periodic intervals
• Work with Product Consultants for Data analysis and rule reviews
• Take care of overall query management and incident management and reporting the same to client
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Doc , PPT
• Quick & agile Learner who will be inquisitive to learn Products quickly

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Shift: Day Shift
