Job Description
- User-Facing Features: Focus on building new user-facing features and components for the 1P platform.
- Collaboration with Design: Work with the design team to turn their designs into prototypes while keeping time, usability, aesthetics, and user experience in mind.
- Performance Monitoring: Review and optimize the website, monitoring key metrics for faster load times.
- Frontend Tech Stack: Work with Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, and other open-source tools.
- Iconic Product Experience: Help shape an iconic product by contributing to its design and development with ownership and responsibility.
- Website Development Experience: Experience building and maintaining websites, especially focused on performance benchmarking and maintenance, is a big plus.
- Experience with Large-Scale Systems on AWS: Experience building, scaling, and maintaining large systems on AWS is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fast Learner: The ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing tech stacks.
- Team Player: Able to work independently but also collaborate effectively with others as needed.
- Excited to Build from Scratch: As an early hire, you're enthusiastic about creating solutions from the ground up.
- Business Minded: You understand business constraints and make mindful decisions that impact users and the bottom line.
