Job Description

Job Overview:

- As a Project Lead, you will be assigned to support and eventually lead multiple projects, working closely with peers at our company and the leadership/middle management teams of client organizations.

- You will be groomed to take ownership of projects, from initial assessment to final implementation, guiding clients through the process of operational transformation.

- This role requires a willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, and a passion for tackling challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their needs and effectively communicating project progress and recommendations.

- Conduct thorough data analysis and assessments of client operations to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

- Design and implement solutions based on Lean Management, Strategic Planning, and Operational Excellence principles, tailoring them to the specific needs of each client.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to junior consultants.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of our company's consulting methodology and toolset.

- Support business development efforts by identifying potential new clients and contributing to proposal development.

- Be willing and able to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, often on short notice.

Required Skills:

- Manufacturing Industry Experience: Proven experience working in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

- Familiarity with Lean Management principles, Operational Excellence methodologies, and related concepts.
