Head - Distribution - IFA Channel - Financial Service (8-14 yrs)

We are looking for an Head Distribution - IFA channel

Responsibilities:

- Should have relations in IFAs

- Actively identify potential channel partners from open market

- Hands on experience in P&L Management with the distribution networks for Investment Business / AUMs.

- Manage onboarding, activation and mobilization through channel partners

- Responsible for setting up business in startup environment.

- Managing relationships with IFA's and distributor network for driving sales strategy

- Managing all distribution channel (Banking Channel, Online, National Distributor Channel & IFA channel) Pan India

- Formulating the strategies to increase the AUMs & market share.

- Building distributor network to increase AUM

- Train and arrange events to train new Channel Partners

- Confident and possesses the maturity, has interpersonal skills to take charge in a Leadership role.
