Manager - Central - Hyperlocal (5-10 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our analytics team to create and manage reports, analyze data to extract insights, and prepare presentations for weekly and monthly reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Analytics Team: Work closely with the analytics team to understand data requirements and create comprehensive reports that support business needs.

- Report Creation: Independently create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

- Data Crunching & Analysis: Perform data crunching and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help solve specific business problems.

- Insight Generation: Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Presentation Preparation: Prepare detailed decks and presentations to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders during weekly and monthly reviews.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with different teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and support ad-hoc data requests.

To succeed in this role - you should have the following

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role within supply chain, logistics, or hyperlocal fulfillment environments.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing decks for operational reviews.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
