1 Hair Stop, a leading hair care product retailer based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling social media queries and converting leads into successful sales. This is an in-office position, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our Jubilee Hills office.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across various social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers in-person & online, provide product information, and guide them through the sales process to convert leads into sales.
Customer Care: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting products and services to potential customers.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our hair care products to answer customer queries accurately and recommend suitable products.
Order Processing: Efficiently process orders and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate sales closures.
Sales Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any escalations.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer care roles, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and provide quick resolutions to queries.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for hair care products and willingness to learn about new products in the industry.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for customer engagement and lead generation.
Work from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a half-day.
Must be based in Hyderabad and able to work exclusively from the Jubilee Hills office.
