Job Description
- Coordinate and organize book launch events, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns
- Research and identify upcoming literary, business, and networking events for potential collaborations
- Reach out to event organizers, book fairs, and conferences to explore partnership opportunities
- Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Maintain communication with bookstores, event venues, and other stakeholders for logistics and collaborations
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Track and manage the distribution of books for promotions, influencer collaborations, and events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of marketing and event management is a plus
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines efficiently
- Passion for books, publishing, and promotional events is preferred
