Yasho Industries is excellent towards new expansion at Bharuch district but his Plant Head is very hopeless & non professional guy. Don't have any professional knowledge how to talk to knowledge person who is coming for interview.

If he ll be stayed for further one year over there then company will be drastically go down at bottom in terms of performance as well as company culture too.

During interviewed he is critised existing HR Team who is working at present in Yasho. He is highly egoistic person & given more preference to female.

Eventhough during interview discussion he didn't have any ideas what to talk & how to take interview & very poor guy in communication also. He

During interview discussion he was shared his own achievement rather than listening to candidates achivement.

My request to Yasho Industries Management, please immediately take proper action & remove this kind of person from top position. In market many talented candidates are available & having good subject knowledge.
