General Tips: I was being pushed by the recruiter based out of Chennai for almost a month to go for the interview. I somehow managed a day. I asked the recruiter a day prior to check if the interview is confirmed. Within no time, he replied to my email mentioning it is confirmed.
To my dismay, when I finally reached their office in Gurgaon after a lot of trouble with the parking (which ideally the recruiter or someone should have mentioned about in advance but chose not to), the guy who was supposed to take my interview said he was travelling and was unaware of his schedule. He now has a very critical meeting that has come up and wouldn't be able to take my interview at the scheduled time. I traveled 50 kms one way for this. I had no choice but to wait for 2.5 hours else he would've rescheduled for some other day.
Anyway, after all this, when we finally met for the interview round, the interviewer seemed simply not interested in talking to me or interviewing me. He hardly asked 2 questions - walk me through your resume and about my previous roles and responsibilities. He closed the interview session very abruptly without even saying anything. All he had to say to close it was "OK". I called the recruiter to tell him about my experience but in turn he did not even have the basic courtesy to reply to my email sharing my feedback or interview result. It was all in all a horrible experience. The worst I've had anywhere.
I did not expect such unprofessional behavior at WK at least.
