1.Hi sir, my overall work experience is 4.5years  in retail feild. In dark store I was worked as ASM Assistant store manager in SWIGGY INSTAMART. As an ASM I was worked in SWIGGY INSTAMART 1Year 8months.

2. My previous work experience is very good. I was handled 14pickers, 7loaders. Total dark store. Only we received online grocery items. Per day we OPD  ORDER PER DAY is 1200 in weekend we will received 1800, 2000 orders. 
Daily I check Customer’s complainants like damaged item, missing items and End of day huddle with evening shift pickers discussing on. Discuss on major challenges faced during operations. Highlight any important mismatch order from store . Because it’s effect my store. points. Daily I check in racks the items are stacked in FEFO First. 
3. I had an bike accident total one month I was on bed rest💤😴. My HR accepted for only 10 days leaves. This is reason I loose my job.
