My role was mainly to do cross selling but I also learnt customers registration if  he/she is new nd how to operate system when the customer is taking loan on mobile.  And how to operate system of company when customer is taking loan for mobile. How to explain different schemes are offered by companies. And then I started learning how to do cross selling from my senior. Meanwhile he asked me targets I achieved. I sold 2 Medi claims and 3 mobile insurance. He asked success ratio. It was very less due to pandemic situation no one wanted to put money in mobile insurance. I tried for medi claim product but seemed that everyone was already secured. He asked about companies financial ethics. It has changed after covid crisis, what I have learned from my senior as company has started thinking about its profit and not focusing on improving the cross selling product services (mobile insurance process) which I also felt during the internship. But company is trying to keep happy it's employees and trying for better schemes offered to customers.
