Data comes from the server in real time which passes through a decoder and then onto the display panel.Since data rate is not fixed, what should be done so that the display of data on the display panel is at a constant rate(Ans:buffer needed.He then said that in real time the most recent data (eg share prices of company X)needs to be displayed.So how will you do that?)
