Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HR does not read/see candidate's resume and did not ask any question on-call regarding your career, skills, knowledge, expertise etc. Candidate was surprised to see that her only target was to line up candidate for the face to face Interview with MD.

First they keep candidate waiting for almost 45 minutes when F2F was scheduled and timings were absolutely clear.

Then In the whole duration of face to face interview with MD in his Saltanat, MD told candidate (God knows what) about the Global Empire (nowhere) of Tradologie BUT did not ask anything related to candidate's skills, experience or knowledge. Before interview candidate does some research, analyzed the web presence, reach & branding and notice several things which need to be corrected BUT MD told that its their strategy to leave these points as it is because they were focusing on other things that time, whether those points impacting their business in negative manner since then.

In the ending of face to face interview, MD told to do a thorough study about their business & analyze their presence in every possible manner and compile all points in kind of presentation and submit to HR, after that HR will fix another round by confirming available time slots in MD's calendar.

Candidate does everything for more then 26 hours in 2 days straight way and before the ending of working hours on 2nd day sent that 18 pages long documentation/PPT to HR & then PUFF, Their target achieved, they got what they wants.

Then suddenly MD goes out of India and then NO RESPONSE.

Now they are implementing the same points/changes candidate sent to them, with their same team which created those negative points due to their non-competence & they call it their strategy.
