The people who take the interview are mere fools and hence don't worry. If you are really 10-20% capable of your skills still you will be hired if you can talk in English, because even the HR team does not know how to reply to mails and they can't speak in English. Regarding IT Team, people who are in good position reached there by buttering all day long without development of skills so don't worry. There is one person Rajiv Ranjan if you will see his LinkedIn he has written ASP JSP etc. But you ask him a simple SQL Query of Joins, he won't be able to answer. He is a Team Lead there. Similarly two people are there Nishchal Sinha and Sheetal Kumari, they are Team Leads, but they have shown fake experiences and they do buttering of their ringmaster Mr. Manoj Kumar who is another such person doing all sorts of free courses and showing off without actual knowledge. Better don't join.
