The HRs as I say have done their MBA from some roadside college and hence joined such a company. So they will take 1-2 months to negotiate salary, after that also so much bogus rules, they won't inform everything in offer letter, if you will leave within 1 year, they won't give you variable pay which is never mentioned. Also, these guys will offer you peanuts money like a begge, better don't join.
