Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - do not join this company, this co is running on office politics, themanagement is more interested in persoanl matters of the employees then being focust on thisown business. this most garbage looking place, no amount of neatness and no tiedyness, they will make you sit in dirty place which they do not clean for years and years, wokerkers have to come and clean their own place, hr system is pathetic hr itself is a rubbish person, he has his own rules for some amount of people, some good rules and bad rules, depends on which category you are into, they deduct the salary for each minute and salary is credited after 2 months of working, they want work on time but they will not pay you on time, infact they dont pay at all, this company is not going to last for more than 5-8 years max, there is no future as the boss is not business minded and not focused. the people who are there working with him for some years now they know they will not get job elsewear and they will not fin in the corporate world and so they are continuing with this company or else they ahave some personal problem and so they there working in this co and co is taking advantage of them, i suggest dont joint this co, be 2 months jobless but dont ruin your currer , cv abd peace of life by getting here, hr will share all fake promises but that will never work out, hr is fake, hr dont know the work of keeping workers happy and make them stay and make them comfortable, hr in this co was very rude. absusive and he never used to respect women, he needs to undergo ethicates classes for whole of his life, this co never gave appresal even for working 3 years and so the best decision was to quit.
