Well, we are new to something or the other. My strongest tool is my will and which has been instrumental during my career in diverse domains. I am used to putting myself in challenging situations and have always outperformed my ownself. To date, there is no organization that has asked me to leave rather pleased me to stay coz I always exceed expectations; it has always been my will & wishes whether to stay or not. Once I am part of an organization everything is inclusive.
