If the team is distributed across different time zones, having two calls can ensure everyone is able to attend at a reasonable time.
If the team is large, having two calls can help ensure everyone has a chance to speak and share their updates.
However, having two calls can also be time-consuming and may not be necessary for smaller teams or those in the same time zone.
Ultimately, the decision to have two daily scrum calls should be based on the specific needs and circumstances of the team.

Not a good idea. Daily Scrum are timeboxed and the team sized should be less than 10 people. 
If the team is distributed across different time zone, a common timeslot should be figured out or Onshore & Offshore can have their separate stand up.

Not a best suggested idea, since even though it's a time boxed event but a good scrum master knows that there are situation when it goes beyond the fixed timebox and it's a requirement as well.
