My self Kishor Wani. As I am working in suzlon global services Ltd as a Site Head. Responsible for all working under my self as in wind industry there are multiple work is going on wind turbine towers which includes electrical, mechanical. Also maintainance activities with contractor worker. It's include daily tool box talk meeting. Also every pm activities start with inuction & safety training. Also in every month mock drills are conducted on different scenirio. Also in store dept every month review meeting is conducted for MSDS. Also scrap of batteries should deliver to reconsider vendor. It's really safety culture for along site as every work on height so safety in 1st priority.
