Ability to analyse the project broadly with technically,budgetary,planning,safety,quantity,quality, time lines without any hinderences execpt natural calamities by overseeing the men ,machinar equipment and finance,Hard working,Talent,transparency,perseverance and integrity. Iam ravichandra completed my civil engineering in 1992 having wife and two kids of 18 and 16 years.started carer as a site supervisor an went on to saudi arabia for 3 years and back to india started my own projects independently for more than 5 years ,established a construction company with 3 more civil engineers having done projects for MNC Companies like Asian paints,HBL,HIL,Dr,Reddy's Pennar etc.worked as a construction manager completed the project in house with the confined budget with in time lines with utmost quality and quantity ,came back after completing the project and started the contract works.
