My experience1. Some customer making an uncommon or unexpected request. Request Like, Different shapes of fruit and vegetables, eco-friendly packaging non-food items, Gluten-free water. non crunchy chips, edible food colouring. 2. A customer brings an unusual or exotic pet into the store, 3. A customer asks a continuous stream of unusual or unrelated questions without waiting for responses. 4.Some customer enters the store and expresses extreme excitement and some customers in so aggressive behaviour. 5. A situation where there is a significant misunderstanding between the customer and collegue. like, delivery time and date, A customer assumes a product is available based on promotion list, colleague is unaware of the promotion, Return Policy Misinterpretation, Price Tag Confusion etc...
