The principle of it based on the chromatography which seperates two or more molecules from a mixture, when a Mobile phase is passed over a solid stationary phase. In HPLC stationary phase is nothing but the columns we use. Mobile phase is the organic liquids or a mixture of organic and inorganic liquids which we filled in Mobile phase bottles. The polar stationary phase and non polar mobile phase is used. More polar molecules will elute last.
