Since I was interviewing for a Recruitment (HR) related position, the questions were mostly regarding my past exp in this field and v few hardcore technical questions but more related to my exp in previous organizations and why I left last cos etc. Engineers though have a v rigorous interview process. I know because I was involved in some of their interviews.
