Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview - All people's told interview is good for testing employees behaviour, skills and experience. But my opinion is that it is first meeting to present yourself to each and everyone. You will be selected, so you will working in this company. You should tell them every about your work, experience, skills, needs and what you expected from company. Many times I see company make many promises to employees but they don't complete. So I advised to all employees all things please clarify in interview. What you want? What's company works? How many time established in industrial area?
Please everyone who find job, please first of all applying in MNC companies because they give many facilities and start-ups companies only make fool employees.
