No one joined the interview from interview panel and it happened twice to which HR after ignoring my mails/call for long told me that since team works from Korea they don't get time. She was having very casual behaviour for the same and even she responded after repeated follow ups when no one from interview panel joined the interview call for 2 time . For the third rescheduled interview call finally an interviewer joined after a delay of 20-25 minutes and he asked a design round question and it looked like he didn't even was listening to the answer, not even a single word. It went upto 30-35 minutes after which interview ended on scheduled time even when interviewer had joined very late. After this there was again no response from HR ever. It was such a bad experience, unprofessional behaviour from company and HR. HR needs to understand if for a working professional she is scheduling interviews in week days, candidate has to take leave to appear in the interview and then when no interviewer joins the call, hr should either inform about the interviewer's unavailability before or atleast should respond to call so that candidate don't keep waiting on the interview call. This experience created such a bad image of SAMSUNG for me that I decided to never apply there for any job even if offers highest paying roles.
