3- complaint regarding specially inspection stage or primary and secondary packing stage, as per my knowledge.

4- so we work on it and identify the root cost regarding inspection stage and packing stage.

5- After root cost production or packing team take CAPA and close market complaint base on party satisfaction in our head CAPA.
