Explain the last technically challenging topic that you have worked on. The engineering manager is only interested in self boasting. Without even trying to understand the entire problem statement, they try providing dumb judgements & alternatives. The general mentality is my way or the highway. They also go through the resume and outright say at the beginning itself that you are not suitable. If that was the case, the screening team should not have allowed us to go through these rounds.
