"Hi everyone, I have a 90-day notice period and actively seeking new job opportunities. However, I haven't received any interview calls yet due to this notice period. I would appreciate any advice on how to navigate this situation. Additionally, if I update my profile to indicate that I am serving my notice period (even though I’m not), how should I handle questions regarding this during interviews? Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They started asking questions to humiliate you. As you are nothing and they are everything. Because you are asking hike from the previous organization.

Academic director and VC both ladies are not good they create so much pressure on you so that you can not answer any question and if you are giving answer they will not agree that you are nothing. Even HR is not good when i asked for salary hike HR was rude with me started insulting me.

I want to ask who has given this right to insult others. If you do not want to pay or appoint that is your choice but you do not have right to insult others.

It was a very bad experience and same happened to my known at Gwalior campus too. As per my experience and observation it is not a right place to work because when they can not give respect to others then how will they give respect to their employees.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would advice everyone Join aakash only if you are facing problem financially otherwise its not worth it to join as you will be having so many boundations and even your mental health will be on stake they dont care what your profile is they will give you work you cant even imagine, and believe me more then this you will be finding trapped with sickness due to mental health it will afffect your physical health also. I did mistake my joining it for 6 months because i thought money matters but guess what health matters most.
