I myself know I am potential candidate. Iam strong with tech and soft skills. Their intention was bad. They have already selected the referral candidates and called 150 members just to select 18 members. Such a unethical company I've ever seen. Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My experience was quite decent. Both HR team and 1-on-1 round lady were friendly.
