My request is not to join this company.. Fully micro-management, HR policies are worst, no benefits to the employee, only 2 L insurance cover for whole family. You're not allowed to leave within 12 months, otherwise you have to pay the skill allowance which is 15 % of your CTC. Also 90 days notice is mandate.
