Manpower: As process divide section and arrange accountable manpower. And also as per work priority apply divert man power from less priority work to utilizes minimum man power to reduce manpower cost but not effect on production.

Production : As per production target prepared planning and schedule of process timing .

To achieve production target focus on TRT and try to reduce process timing. Also focus on process operation to complies standard operating practice and control for failure ratio.

Process Knowledge : Get process related knowledge from production manual and also get it form standard operating procedure. Get from chemical synthesis reaction knowledge to control undesired impurity. Also get operational knowledge from shop floor person and try to control operational gap as per SOP then improve that on shop floor.
