There was internal interview where they asked me basic questions related to python and then second round was with client where client was also not sure about the requirement as they wanted a person who had 5-6 years of experience in pyspark and I was having basic knowledge still they hired me because they didn't had any girl in the team and post when joined from client location no support from persistent team and manager. Post left the project and was on bench for 4 months because they don't have core development projects for python then after 4 months forced to join a supporting monitoring project as it got highlighted from higher management about my bench period,post joined another project where faced politics .Clearly the team was male dominant and they put things on employees managers don't have right skills and there resource management team is shit, they don't provide projects on time and also threaten to leave the company when on bench.
