The day started with the video presentation about the introduction and business landscape of Novartis Healthcare. After that, there was MCQ assessment as per the relevant technologies/skills of the candidates. Soon after this, candidates were provided with a simple business case study on excel to assess their understanding about excel working and to check their analytical and communication skills. The third round was technical round where questions were asked from the previous business case study and MCQ assessment. The fourth round was functional round just to check the domain or functional knowledge of the candidate. The last round was HR discussion where the candidate were made understood of the company benefits and policies. HR asked several questions to the candidates regarding their salary expectations and the reason why they want to join Novartis. The whole process took around one month to generate the offer letter.
