We are a marketing & advertising company and hence we are looking for candidates from the same domain ! -- Whereas I have clearly mentioned at the top of my resume ad also during my call with the HR, which are the domains I have specifically worked upon. If that was the only criteria you guys should have rejected my profile in the screening phase itself.
