Interview was with a Tech head(pretty high up), who the candidate will be working with. Personal experience was not very comfortable in this one, person difficult to read. Very point blank questions. Everything was great, but for the first time I have experienced extreme level of detail on Jira questions esp. techniques of assigning story points, what's a retro, made me share my screen, I used Miro, to showcase a hypothetical epic abd broke it down into stories. His follow up questions were on how to prioritize but I believe his expectations were a little bookish in terms of answers. Itw as weird in the sense generally a project manager asks these questions. i was a little thrown off as off the top of my head, Jira is mainly muscle memory, you dont remember specific buttons unless you have brushed up on that. I was prepared in the sense of AWS architecture, basic processes from a tech point of view.
