  • Q1. NPL owners were interested in knowing how i have championed QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and DIFFERENTIATED PRODUCT MANAGEMENT for world leading lubricant BRAND such as Castrol.
  • Ans. Quality management system are business driven. we need to register our plants with accreditation bodies such as BIS, ISO, API, IATF and several OEMs. It requires meticulous planning and have well trained manpower to face the challenges of QMS. I led several initiatives so that entire plant set up is covered. Also i took help of professional consultants to get the activities implemented in a short span of time.
