- I got mail that you have selected for the position - HR called and started asking me about my salary expectations and I didn't expect much [just 15 to 16% hike on my current CTC, this was discussed already before the interview process, but again it happened] - But she tried to negotiate that, I requested her to try for this pay, "if the company doesn't agree, I'm flexible to discuss, I said" - She asked for all my documents - I shared, and she asked me to join the next day, I said okay. - I didn't receive an offer letter - I called her, as usual, didn't pick up the call - Again, I tried, picked up the call, and was told that your joining may be on Monday. - I tried calling on the next day about joining details - She suddenly called and told me that this position was no longer available as resource delivery got delayed.
