I firstly find out the concern of the student if I learnt that the student is not intrested in studying n paying attention to my subject might be my way of teaching is not worth to develop his intrest for this I surely change n find an intresting way and method of teaching  the subject. Secondly I f I got to know that he or she has made up the mind not to study in my class I will engage him or her in doing a task or set up a target for him or herso that he or she unwillingly will have to pay attention to my subject.
