Forget about interview. Don’t join this company if you get selected. Client base or projects are very limited here not like other MNCs where 100 of projects available.Getting a good project or getting allocated to a project is very difficult. For selection you have to clear 3 rounds of interview in MT but after joining again you have to face 2-3 rounds of client interview to get a project and these clients, they have weird technical requirements which won’t match with your skill set most of the time. They ask out of the line questions which is not related to your daily work.For new joiners 3 months of time will be provided and you need to get a project with in that time frame and that’s your responsibility. No one will help you out here. You will only get 2 to 3 projects interview max in 3 months but if you’re not able to crack those and if you exhausted your 3 months of time frame then you will get a call from HR asking you to submit resignation immediately. They will force you to resign and they will take back the joining bonus also if it’s part of your package. No job security in this company. I have seen many employees here looking for projects but not greeting one and they used to stay in tension of loosing job all the time. Many employees join MT but within 3-4 months they leave bcoz of this reason. Don’t run after the big brand name, don’t judge a book by its cover. Things and policies are different inside.This is one of the reason they conduct interviews throughout the year and also offer good packages compared to other MNCs bcoz there is a shortage of manpower here all the time.
