Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recommend to avoid Allstate, first was aptitude test, second typing test, third MCQ, fourth round with assistant manager, fifth round with Manager and again sixth round with another top manager whom i felt is arrogant.
I think for Board of director position others might not conduct these many rounds as these people did for Senior associate role.
