First of all He take interview. Then select the candidates & negotiate for CTC and Make an offer !

Once the candidate answered yes !!
They will not send offer letter for one week or no guts to answer the call !!
Afterwards This is the reason for switching of there employee job !

No sop !! No ethics!
Pls don’t even waste your time for interview !! You will regret for future !!
