It can be identified by DWR repair record. First repair is identified by joint # followed by letter 'R' (example J#32R)

Second repair can identified by joint # followed by letter 'R1' (example J#32R1)

Third repair can indentifide by joint # followed by letter 'R2' (example J#32R2)

After third repair further repair was not allowed and the fittings / pipe should be replaced with new one.
