my advice is to pre interview preparation : 1. Make the mind to change the job for growth oriented role 2. identify the skill set required for aforesaid role 3. Have your SWOT analysis and identify three areas of improvement and work for 6 month 4. Experience the same in existing role to understand whether you are really improvement on SWOT 5.Prepare CV covering actual experience so that if interviewer ask any question you should able to answer with real experience you have. 6. Analyze the company website, their business standing, competition, growth and their financial performance before attending the interview call. 6.Prepare for mock interview to improve communication by choosing right words Interview day : 1. General punctual and converse in English only 2. Be good listener and answer right to the point and not too long 3. Be confident and do not show up that you need the job urgently 4. Do not spell out expected CTC and see the mutually agreeable amount and negotitate the agreeable CTC only when you are feeling that your shortlisted by the company. 5. Be firm on notice period and joining date commitment. Have at least 15 days gap in between the two job so that in case your relieve late by previous organization, you able to honor the joining date commitment you have given to your prospective company
