Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got a call from their deputy manager -HR (Pooja) for the f2f interview, the details shared by her shows unprofessionalism, they don't have the JD for the HR role although they are having a full fledged HR team. After giving the final round of interview, the VP itself told me that share your salary slip we will discuss about the salary and the DM-HR told me the same thing that your profile is shortlisted but after sharing your documents we will discuss about the salary. But after a week also I didn't get any response from the HR team about my profile. Atleast they need to value the candidate's time if someone is coming for interview then they must have shared the true feedback with the candidate. And if candidate is not shortlisted why you are giving commitments. Also they will not put anything over the mail they was asking for the documents over the WhatsApp that is very unprofessional thing at this higher position.
