Round 2 hr connect after 10 days and said you selected for the second round for interview you had to come to office. I am not based in banglore I told HR she said as per koch this final round happen F2F only however she told will let me know i was waited for 8 days and connected her and ask is that possible or else I will leave to wait she told will let me know within 2 days she call me up and schedule an interview there was 2 interviewer asked me question related to process knowledge only they had spend only 15 min in the interview. Well I was sure I will be not selected they just given me a chance just for show. Koch industries final round happens only F2F only I also come to know this from review. My question here to Koch industries If this was not possible why they have taken interview they should screen the resume and say before only final round is only F2F they I could have not apply for the job.. I had just wasted my time. They don't value your time.
