I really appreciate the question asked and happy to share my response. As per my understanding, Honesty is the differentiated strength to be the Best even in the Toughest situation as it creates the 5 letter word i.e. The Trust.. I helped my colleague as she was the new joinee. She was constantly rebuked by his seniors for her workmanship in one way or the other. But practically I found her very diligent and disciplined in her professional dealings and finally got upset and became the sitting duck.So I guided her to align herself with the expectations of the seniors, shared the success stories of other employees, identified the crucibles and always bring transparency in your work and this will create the Signalling technique for everyone to shine and grow.
