Salary negotiation. For me it's bit unfortunate. I would like to bring to your attention that after the initial agreement and acceptance of the CTC, I trusted the process at Ingenero wholeheartedly. In good faith, I initiated the purchase process of medical insurance for my family as group medical insurance is not available at Ingenero and simultaneously started the resignation process at my current company to avoid any further delays. The HR whi was conducting the process she was so casual that she by means of text message communicated to hat she has not got any approval for the agreed CTC for which she already sent the salary break up and I accepted it. I was waiting for the signed offer letter.However, neither any sort of acknowledgement nor appropriate justification was given for the reduction in CTC. This has not only created a sense of disappointment but has also affected my professional reputation. I have become a subject of mockery at my present company, and it is disheartening to experience such a situation. So I rejected the offer. The company is having only a single HR who takes care of pins to rags and not having appropriate training how to conduct communication with a potential employe.
