They are very rude and they used tell most of candidates if you are ready to work in very lowest salary then fine otherwise you can go door is open. Ibrahim one of the recruitment HR was there on Chennai Infosys Tidel park when I had the interview he offered me 9k salary he told “tell me if you are ok or else tomorrow don’t come & tell me that it’s very less” i can give you maximum 9k and later I got know he worst HR same thing he used to tell everyone. The BHR Jayaram Ravi he is another worst guy I have ever seen in my life. He is very rude he don’t know the the very basic decency how to speak to employees. I will not suggest anyone to work in that kind of organisation. Yearly they used give 1.2-4% hike which is just ₹100 - ₹400 changes in monthly salary.
