Try to answer this as honest as possible, lying about it will only make you look bad and dishonest. And you definitely don't want that. Your first impression is everything. They have a different person to ask this question, the one Sir who asked me this question didn't have time for bullshit or your lies, if he senses you are lying, he will ask you about it. So just share your answer. Even if you have never gone for a vacation, say that. He might ask you why, and then you can have a good conversation with the interviewer, and that is good enough, he/she might also change your question and ask you to answer that instead. They want to see your communication skills. They want to see your personality. So confidence is key.
